His 28 years of experience cover executive, staff and line posi- tions in implementing change in manufactur- ing, services and transactional environments. He has earned a Ph.D. in engineering, MBA in industrial management, B.S. in industrial engineering, certification as a project manage- ment professional, and is a lean Six Sigma master black belt and certified lean master. His creation of the iTLS system earned a Fox Award from Weber State University. He pub- lishes frequently and has lectured for Weber State University, The Ohio State University, the University of Texas at Arlington, California State University Southern California Channel Island, APICS, Industry Week and IISE organi- zations. He co-authored Profitability with No Boundaries: Optimizing Lean, TOC and Six Sigma . Golnaz Sadri is professor of manage- ment and academic director of the Women's Leadership Program in the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton, where she teaches courses in organizational behavior and leadership. She received her Ph.D. in organi- zational psychology from Victoria University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. Garrett Jensen is working toward his B.S. in psychology at Utah State University. The aspiring industrial/organizational psychologist's research interests are performance manage- ment, organizational culture and talent man- agement. Reginaldo A. Montague is director of proj- ects at NorthFind Partners, a global operations and supply chain management consultancy with associates in North America, Europe and Asia. Montague has more than 20 years of consulting and management experience in consumer products, petrochemical processing, pharmaceutical, public sector, healthcare, auto manufacturing, telecommunications and high technology. He has held senior posts, including vice president of operations at a medium-sized cosmetics company and head of strategy and finance at a London-based transportation firm. His B.S. in chemical engineering and M.S. in engineering science are from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MBA is from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Montague is a licensed professional engineer, a certified project management professional, an APICS-certified supply chain professional and certified in production and inventory management. Anna Murray is a technology consultant and the CEO of eMedia LLC. She previously worked as a teacher and journalist. Murray holds a B.A. from Yale and a master's degree from the Columbia School of Journalism. She is a double winner of the Stevie Award for Women in Business and serves as president of the board of the International Women's Writing Guild. She has written two business titles, Resume Builder & Career Counselor , The eMarketing Guidebook , and a novel, Sarah's Page .
